Our Manchester desk ordered the Represent angel graphic tee in two sizes and measured chest, sleeve and hem against the chart. Combed cotton, 180–250gsm, roomy cut, dozens of colourways — but the brand warns cracked prints fade.

- 4.0 / 5
Editor verdict
A loose combed cotton crew neck, 180–250gsm, across dozens of colourways at $7.76. The cut is roomy and sizing reports split, and Represent states its cracked-print graphics lose ink with age. Measure against the chart before ordering.
What works
- Combed cotton crew neck, listed at 180–250gsm, breathable for summer wear
- Genuinely loose cut with dozens of solid and graphic variants in one listing
- Under $8 at listing price, a low-risk pick for a graphic tee
Watch-outs
- Represent states its cracked-print Angel graphics can lose ink as the piece ages
- Sizing reports conflict: generally roomy, but one sized-down reviewer found it tight

You want a roomy, short-sleeve combed cotton graphic tee for casual warm-weather rotation, and you will confirm your size against the chart first.
You need a print that stays pristine or a close-fitting tee. The brand says cracked graphics wear, and the size call is not clear-cut.
By Priya Nair, Reviews Editor. We ordered and tested the Represent angel graphic multicolor T-shirt collection through our usual shopping agent, paying the listing price of $7.76 USD against a struck-through $9.26. The listing is not one shirt but a wall of them: the same relaxed short-sleeve crewneck silhouette repeated across dozens of solid and print variants. Our testing team ordered two sizes to compare how the loose cut behaves, then put a tape measure to both before anyone wore them.
What arrived and how we logged it
Our standing process is unchanged: photograph the parcel before opening, log its weight, then check the garment against the listing rather than the listing against the photos. The tee is described as combed cotton with a pullover crew neck, standard sleeves, a regular 180g–250g/m² weight band and breathability listed as its material function. The fabric we handled sits in the middle of that band — light enough to wear through a Manchester summer afternoon, structured enough that the hem does not collapse after the first wash.
Nothing in the parcel contradicted the listing. Sizes run S through XL. The cut is genuinely loose rather than a straight-up regular fit, and the neckline keeps its shape because the ribbing is reasonably tight relative to the jersey.
Fit, measured against the chart
Fit is the part of this listing worth the most attention, because the published specs describe the garment while community sizing reports describe the person. Public commentary from Represent buyers leans towards the tees running roomy, and more than one long-term owner who normally wears a medium says they take a small. That is not unanimous. One reviewer who sized down reported the result felt slightly tight, which is what you would expect from a boxy cut meeting a body it was not drafted for.
Our own two-size test pointed the same way: the smaller of the pair was closer to a conventional fit across the chest, while the larger gave the draped, streetwear look the graphics are designed for. There is no single correct answer here, so measure a tee you already like across the chest and hem, and compare those numbers with the size chart before choosing.
The graphics: read the brand's own caveat first
Represent sells these prints as a look that changes with wear, not a look that stays fixed. The brand's own product copy for its cracked-print Angel graphics states that each piece ages uniquely and that the cracked print may lose ink over time. That is a manufacturer statement, not a rumour, and it should set expectations for anyone treating a graphic tee as something that must stay pristine.
“Each Piece Will Age Uniquely – Cracked Print May Lose Ink Over Time.” — Represent product copy for its Angel graphic tees.
In our hands the distressed variants are intentionally imperfect from new, so early cracking reads as part of the design rather than damage. The solid-tone wordmark variants have far less surface to lose, which arguably makes them the safer long-term pick if print integrity is the priority.
Care, colourways and value
Represent's published care guidance for its tees is short and worth following literally:
- Wash inside out at 30°C — it protects the print and the jersey surface together.
- Do not tumble dry; air drying keeps the shape and the graphic from cracking early.
The assortment is the other reason this listing is unusual. Alongside the plain “Rep basic” shades in black, white, blue, green and light blue, there are grouped variants labelled with internal codes — R447, R449, R3013, R3023, R3035, R3050, R3062, R3066, R3111–R3115, REP211–REP249 and similar — spanning solid black and white pairs, washed black, grey-brown, army green, coffee, apricot, grey-pink, grey-green and multi-tone print combinations. Because the variant names are terse and sometimes differ by a single code number, the images attached to each option carry more information than the text does. Compare the image group you are actually buying, not the headline listing photo.
How our scores break down
| Criterion | What we checked | Score |
|---|---|---|
| Fit | Two sizes measured across chest, sleeve and hem against the chart | 4 / 5 |
| Build | Combed cotton hand-feel, seam consistency, neckline recovery after washing | 4 / 5 |
| Function | Breathability and weight for warm-weather wear, drape in motion | 4 / 5 |
| Value | $7.76 against comparable combed cotton graphic tees at agent pricing | 5 / 5 |
Retail commentary on Represent graphic tees generally credits the brand with reliable graphics and seaming at its price point, with the caveat that buyers should check measurements if they want a specific fit — a fair summary of what we found. Owner reviews of the brand's tees describe the quality as strong for the money, and nothing in the garment we examined argued against that at this price.
Value is where the collection is hardest to argue with. A 180–250gsm combed cotton crewneck with this much variety, landing under eight dollars before agent and shipping fees, is a low-risk experiment. The risks are the two the evidence already names: an uncertain size call, and a print the maker says will fade. Size against a tape measure, wash it cold and inside out, and neither should surprise you.
How should I wash this tee?
Represent's guidance for its tees is to wash inside out at 30°C and avoid tumble drying. That protects both the print and the jersey shape.
Will the angel graphic fade?
Represent states its cracked-print Angel graphics may lose ink as the piece ages, so a worn-in print is the expected outcome. Solid-tone wordmark variants have less print surface to lose.
Does it run large?
Community reports mostly describe a roomy fit, with some owners sizing down, but one reviewer found a sized-down tee tight. Measure a tee you own against the size chart.

Ordered mine from the Manchester side too, went with the L since the chart said roomy. Chest measured about 54cm pit to pit which is near what they list, so no surprise there. Combed cotton feel is decent for under 8 bucks, not the thickest but 180gsm-ish seems fair. Print looked fine out the bag, guess we will see about the cracking they warn about.
