Review methodology

Our testing team orders each product through oopbuy or a comparable agent. We record agent response time, QC photo quality, packaging condition, and delivery days.

For apparel, we order two sizes and measure chest, waist, inseam, and sleeve against the listing. For electronics, we check battery draw, port fit, and cable strain. For all products, we photograph the parcel before opening, log the weight, and compare the item to the listing photos.

We score fit, build, function, and value on a five-point scale: 5 = Excellent, 4 = Good, 3 = Adequate, 2 = Poor, 1 = Very Poor. Hands-on product scores use the full 1 to 5 scale.

Changes to agent performance or the product listing prompt reassessment, with any repeat test identified by its date.

Records and comparison limits

Two-size comparisons record the sizes available and received; a missing adjacent size is disclosed. Agent timing, garment fit and electronics checks remain separate, with the order date and sample limits stated.
