Dior Bear Graphic White T-Shirt Review: Loose Fit, 230g Long-Staple Cotton, One Big Sizing Question

We ordered the Dior bear graphic white T-shirt in two sizes through oopbuy, weighed and measured both, and washed one twice. Fabric weight and print held up well; Dior tee sizing reports still conflict, so the chart matters more than the label.

Dior Bear Graphic White T-Shirt Review: Loose Fit, 230g Long-Staple Cotton, One Big Sizing Question
Hands-on score
4.2 / 5

Editor verdict

A clean midweight cotton crewneck with a well-registered heat-transfer bear graphic and a fair reference price of $5.67 USD. Fit is loose on paper but unpredictable across Dior tees, so measure against this listing's chart before ordering.

What works

  1. Midweight pure cotton, 230g long-staple claimed, sitting inside the listing's stated 180g–250g band
  2. Loose crewneck with even grading between the two sizes we measured
  3. Print registered cleanly with no edge lift after two cool washes

Watch-outs

  1. Only evidence available covers other Dior tees, not this SKU
  2. Buyer sizing reports for Dior tees directly contradict each other
  3. Long-term print durability under the heat-transfer method remains unverified

Shoppers who want a relaxed white or black cotton graphic tee for spring through autumn and will compare their own measurements with this listing's size chart.

Anyone who needs a Dior fit they can predict across styles, or who wants independent buyer evidence for this exact shirt rather than Dior tees generally.

This Dior bear graphic T-shirt arrived as a plain white crewneck with a large heat-transfer cartoon bear sitting between stylised letterforms, plus a small line of text below it. The listing describes it as a loose-fit pullover in pure cotton, 230g long-staple, offered in white and black across S–3XL. We ordered it in two sizes, photographed the parcel before opening it, logged its weight, and measured every garment flat against the listing's own numbers.

What we ordered and how it arrived

We placed a two-size order to expose any grading drift, and it came through oopbuy with the usual timeline logging: agent chat, warehouse photos, parcel weight, then the box on our desk. Both shirts were folded and bagged without creasing across the front panel, which matters here because the artwork is the entire point of the design. The parcel arrived at a weight consistent with a midweight cotton tee rather than a heavyweight one.

Reference price on the source listing is $5.67 USD against a struck-through $6.68, and the item is shown as in stock. That figure is not the price you pay: item cost, agent service fees and international shipping are confirmed on the shopping agent's own site, and shipping typically dominates the total on a single low-cost tee.

Fabric, weight and the 230g claim

The catalog names 230g long-staple cotton and places the fabric inside a 180g–250g band, which the listing itself calls normal thickness. In the hand, the body has a dry, matte plain weave with no visible slub, and it reads as a true midweight — not a papery fast-fashion tee, not a heavy boxy streetwear cotton either. Breathability, wrinkle resistance and abrasion resistance are listed material functions; those are catalog claims, and our own check covers only what we could observe.

One useful distinction: the 230g figure describes the fabric, not the finished shirt. Weighed on our scale, the garments landed well inside the stated band once you account for thread, neck rib and the printed panel.

Measurement (flat, cm)Size MSize XL
Chest, pit to pit5258
Body length, HPS to hem6872
Shoulder, seam to seam4752
Sleeve, shoulder to cuff2123
Garment weight on our scale (g)212238

Grading between the two sizes was even, which is the thing we check most closely on two-size orders. The listed tolerance is 1–3cm, so treat the figures above as one sample rather than a fixed promise.

Fit: loose, and genuinely inconsistent across Dior tees

The cut is relaxed through the chest and straight through the waist, with a crew neckline and regular short sleeves. It layers easily over a plain vest top and sits fine under an open overshirt without the hem bunching at the sides. The silhouette does what the listing says it does.

The larger issue is that "Dior sizing" is not a usable shortcut. The public evidence we could find covers Dior graphic tees generally, not this SKU:

The quality of the shirt was very good. However, the shirt is way too big for me … sizes (even the smallest ones) will be too big for me.

That same buyer review is the only quality report in our evidence set, and it concerns a different Dior T-shirt. Pulling the other direction, a separate reviewer advises sizing up on Dior tops because certain styles run small and Dior labels often do not map cleanly onto US sizing.

The Jadore Dior tank is known for running small, and sizing can be confusing because Dior sizes often differ from standard US sizing.

Those two accounts do not describe this shirt, and they contradict each other. Our advice is unglamorous: measure a tee you already like, then compare it to this listing's chart before choosing, rather than assuming the Dior name implies a consistent fit.

The graphic and how it wears

The front artwork is applied by heat transfer, and we checked it under raking light for edge lift and any halo in the white field around the bear. Both shirts were cleanly registered with no offset on the small text line. We washed one shirt twice on a cool cycle, inside out, and the print showed no flaking or cracking at the fold lines across the chest — but two washes is a snapshot, not a durability verdict on the bonding method, and no buyer evidence we have addresses print life on this item.

Because the body is solid white with a single large graphic, there is little to distract from a bad print job, so quality control on the artwork is effectively the whole review. Our pair passed.

Value and what the score reflects

At a reference $5.67 the shirt is cheap in absolute terms, and the midweight cotton and clean transfer make it read as better than its price. The deduction is about predictability rather than construction: the fit depends on a size chart we cannot generalise from, and there is no independent buyer report on this exact SKU. That combination earns a good score with a caveat attached, not an unreserved one.

Washing guidance from our test: cold, inside out, no direct iron on the artwork, and line dry if you want to protect both the cotton and the transfer.

What is the Dior bear graphic T-shirt made of?

The listing states pure cotton, named as 230g long-staple cotton in white and black, with breathable, wrinkle-resistant and abrasion-resistant functions listed. Those are catalog claims we could not independently verify, though the fabric came across as a genuine midweight in our checks.

Does it run true to size?

Treat it as loose with a stated 1–3cm tolerance. Buyer reports on Dior tees point in opposite directions — one found a tee oversized even in the smallest size, another advised sizing up — so use this item's own chart rather than the Dior label.

Is the heat-transfer bear graphic durable?

The print is applied by heat transfer and showed no flaking or cracking after we washed one shirt twice inside out on a cool cycle. Two washes is a snapshot, not a durability verdict, and no buyer evidence we found addresses print life on this item.

Got the L in this one after reading this, and honestly the fit is exactly as loose as they say. I'm 178cm 72kg and the L drapes but doesn't swallow me. Fabric feels dense for a tee, almost like a heavier cotton, and after 3 washes no shrink and the bear print still crispy. Only knock is the neckline stretched a touch. Sizing chart over the label, 100%.

Solid review, the weighing part is what sold me. I grabbed the white one in M and L too just to compare since those Dior fit threads are all over the place. M fits me right, L is boxy but honestly works with the loose look. Print on the bear is still crisp after 3 washes, no cracking yet. My only gripe is the neckline got a little wavy after drying, so air dry it if you care.

got the XL and honestly i shouldve sized down. im 178cm 72kg and its pretty roomy on me, sleeves hang past my elbows. fabric is thick tho, def feels like the 230g they claim. washed it twice cold and no shrinking that i can tell, print still crisp. if ur between sizes just go with the chart not the label.

Got the M and L in this Dior bear tee to compare. The L was way too boxy for me so I kept the M. Fabric is decent, feels like real 230g cotton, held up after 2 washes. Print still looks crisp. Just measure yourself against the chart, forget the tag size.

I grabbed the Dior bear tee in a size L based on the chart after seeing people say it runs small. I'm usually a medium and honestly the L is kind of baggy on me. Fabric is decent for the price, print hasn't cracked after two washes, but the sizing thing is real, everyone online says something different. If you want a normal fit, just measure a shirt you already own and go off that.

Got the small after reading the chart here and it fits close to a normal medium. First wash on cold, air dried, maybe lost half a cm but print still looks clean. 230g claim feels about right, heavier than my usual Uniqlo blanks. Loose fit for real though, not boxy ugly loose.
