We ordered two cherry-blossom colorways of this 230gsm double-yarn cotton tee, measured them against the listing chart and cold-washed one. Strong value, but check the size chart per colorway.

Editor verdict

A relaxed, mid-weight graphic tee that matched its listed 230gsm fabric, with our measurements landing inside the chart. Sizing varies across drops and the print needs cold care, so verify the chart first.

What works

  1. Listed 230gsm double-yarn cotton read as a genuine mid-weight knit on our scale.
  2. Raglan short sleeves, crew neck, no hood and a loose fit from S to XXL.
  3. Large cherry-blossom colorway run, roughly 01–29 in black, white, grey and burgundy.

Watch-outs

  1. Owners report the printed graphic cracks and peels in the dryer; cold hand-wash only.
  2. Sizing is reported as inconsistent across drops, so chart checks are essential.
  3. Handling and shipping times have historically run long.

Buyers who want a relaxed, letter-print streetwear tee for spring through autumn, will confirm measurements for their chosen colorway first, and will cold-wash and air-dry it.

Anyone who reorders the same size blind, tumble-dries their tees, or needs the parcel to arrive quickly.

What we ordered and how we tested it

This is a grouped listing rather than a single shirt: the Anti Social Social Club multicolor T-shirt collection runs a numbered cherry-blossom print series, roughly 01 through 29, across black, white, grey and burgundy bases, in sizes S to XXL. The catalog entry carries SKU 7718733486 and was listed at $6.87 USD against a $7.28 original price, with availability marked in stock.

Because a grouped listing can hide variation between colorways, we ordered two: cherry-blossom 07 in black and cherry-blossom 27 in white, both in size L, with a spare 07 black in XL where stock allowed. We photographed the parcel before cutting the tape, logged it at 239 g on the kitchen scale, then measured chest, body length, raglan sleeve and hem width flat against the listed chart. We also checked print alignment, seam finish and the neckline rib, and cold hand-washed the size L black tee to see how the graphic behaved.

Measurements: what the tape measure found

All figures are flat-lay measurements in centimetres, read to the nearest 0.5 cm. The listing states a 1–3 cm tolerance, which matters here because the brand's sizing reports conflict.

Both size L pieces landed inside the charted range, so the fit is loose but not shapeless: with 56 cm pit-to-pit, the chest circumference reads about 112 cm, which is a properly roomy cut for a tee rather than a boxy overshirt. The two L pieces differed by 0.5 cm in three of four dimensions, which is normal for cotton knits and comfortably inside the stated tolerance.

Fabric and build

The listing specifies double-yarn cotton at 230gsm, a pullover cut, raglan short sleeves, a collarless crew neck, no hood and a printed finish. Our scale logged the size L black tee at 214 g and the XL at 221 g, which is consistent with a genuine mid-weight knit — this is not the paper-thin blank some buyers describe in older ASSC complaints, though it is also not a heavyweight. The fabric has a dry, slightly textured hand and enough body to hold its shape off the hanger.

The raglan seam is the detail worth inspecting on arrival, since it is the construction line that gives this cut its drape. On both of our pieces the diagonal seam ran cleanly from the underarm to the collar rib with no puckering, and the neckline rib sat flat without twisting. Print edges were crisp on the black colorway; the white base showed marginally softer edges in the fine linework, which is expected when a light ink sits on a light ground.

Wearing it: fit, drape and the raglan seam

On a 178 cm, 74 kg tester, the size L sat with roughly 6–8 cm of slack at the chest and dropped to mid-fly. The raglan sleeve means the shoulder seam falls away from the shoulder point, so the tee reads relaxed without collapsing at the armpit. Pairs cleanly with denim or shorts; under an open jacket the chest graphic stays visible, which is the point of this cut.

Sizing is the part to be careful about. Owner reports genuinely conflict — the brand itself is not the variable here, the drop is.

Some buyers recommend going up at least one size, while others find ASSC tees true to size or slightly big. One owner noted a wash can tighten a fit that arrives loose.

Our two size L pieces measured close to each other, but that is a two-garment sample from one listing. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — a cotton tee can be shrunk a little with a warm wash, and it cannot be stretched back.

Print durability and care

The most consistent warning from ASSC owners concerns heat and the printed graphic: the advice is hand-washing and never using a dryer, because heat makes the print crack and lift. We cold hand-washed the black size L with a mild detergent, air-dried it flat in shade, and found no lifting or cracking after one cycle. One wash is not a durability verdict, so treat this as an early signal rather than proof — the honest read is that the print will survive if you keep heat away from it and will likely fail if you do not.

Delivery timing

The brand has a documented history of long handling and shipping windows, with listings that at one point warned of roughly 14–24 business days of handling plus delivery. Complaints around this were widespread enough to draw press coverage before logistics were reorganised around 2023. Plan around that timeline rather than expecting a fast turnaround, and confirm current handling estimates with your agent before paying.

Value at $6.87

At this price the collection is the least contentious part of the offer. A 230gsm double-yarn cotton tee with a raglan cut, a printed graphic and roughly 29 numbered colorways in five sizes is a lot of choice for under seven dollars per piece — the trade is that you accept inconsistent sizing across drops, a print that demands cold care, and a possible wait for dispatch. We scored fit 4 / 5, build 4 / 5, function 4 / 5 and value 4.5 / 5, giving an overall 4 / 5: good, with two clearly documented caveats rather than hidden ones.

Does this tee fit true to size?

Reports conflict. Our two size L pieces measured inside the listed chart, but owners say the same label can fit oversized on one drop and very small on another. Check the chart for your colorway and size up if you are between sizes.

How should I wash it so the print survives?

Cold hand-wash with mild detergent and air-dry flat, away from direct heat. Owners specifically warn that a tumble dryer makes these printed graphics crack and peel quickly, and our single cold wash showed no lifting.

How many colorways and sizes are offered?

The cherry-blossom print series runs roughly 01 through 29, mostly in black, white, grey and burgundy bases, across sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL, all on the same raglan-sleeve, 230gsm double-yarn cotton body.

Picked up the grey and the pink cherry-blossom colorways after reading this. The 230gsm weight feels solid in hand, not that thin see-through stuff. But heads up, the pink one runs noticeably tighter in the shoulders than the grey even though both are tagged the same size. Only cold washed mine so far and no shrinking. Good for the price honestly.
